1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Blesk Aviation website and to any services offered, coordinated, or facilitated by Blesk Aviation Pty Ltd (“Blesk Aviation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. About Blesk Aviation
Blesk Aviation is a helicopter solutions company based at Archerfield Airport, Brisbane, Queensland. We own and/or manage Bell 429 GlobalRanger and Bell 206 LongRanger helicopters and specialise in providing access to advanced helicopter capabilities across Australia, including Category A capable operations where approved and operationally suitable.
Blesk Aviation does not hold an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) and does not itself conduct flight operations. Our role is to coordinate client requirements, manage fleet availability, and facilitate access to helicopter charter, cargo, training, and leasing services through our accredited partner operators.
3. Accredited Partner Operators
All passenger flights, cargo flights, and training services arranged through Blesk Aviation are conducted exclusively by accredited third-party operators under their own Air Operator Certificates and approvals issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), and not by Blesk Aviation.
Blesk Aviation currently works with the following accredited partner operators:
- V2 Helicopters Pty Ltd — CASA.AOC.0076
- Helitec Pty Ltd — CASA.AOC.0150
- Nighthawks Aviation Operations Pty Ltd — CASA.AOC.0559
The relevant operator conducting a flight or training activity is responsible for operational control, crew, flight planning, safety decisions, regulatory compliance, and the conduct of the operation in accordance with applicable laws, approvals, and procedures. The status and validity of each operator’s AOC can be verified through CASA’s public register.
4. Scope of Services
Through our partner operators, Blesk Aviation facilitates access to VIP and executive helicopter charters, critical cargo transportation, Category A helicopter training, and helicopter leasing arrangements. All services are subject to aircraft configuration, operator approvals, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Any charter, cargo, leasing, training, or related aviation service arranged through Blesk Aviation is subject to separate quotation, availability, operational feasibility, and any applicable terms notified at the time of booking or by the relevant operator.
5. Safety and Operational Authority
Safety is fundamental to everything we do. All regulated flight operations arranged through Blesk Aviation are conducted under the authority of the relevant AOC-holding partner operator, in compliance with the Civil Aviation Act 1988 (Cth) and the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (CASR).
The decision to conduct, delay, divert, or cancel any flight rests solely with the Pilot in Command and the operating AOC holder. Neither Blesk Aviation nor the Client may override operational or safety decisions made by the flight crew or operator.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to the Client under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
